Research has shown the net savings to be $542 per smoker who quits when compared to the costs of providing a tobacco cessation program (medication + counseling) to the savings gained from smokers quitting (2).

B.Komplete uses the proven, most effective methods for tobacco cessation which include: group behavior therapy, individual counseling, and will provide information on tobacco cessation medications (3). With the B.Komplete Smoking & Tobacco Cessation program, your employees will learn about the mental and physical aspects of addiction, traditional and alternative methods for smoking cessation, the rewards of smoking cessation, steps for long-term success, where to go for help and more.
The B.Komplete Smoking Cessation Workshop Series are organized as 4 – 60 minute sessions that build upon each other. The workshops create an atmosphere of sharing in the participants and are upbeat and enjoyable. The workshops outline the tools a person needs for effective smoking cessation. The smoking cessation workshop series may accommodate up to 20 participants per program. Each participant will receive their own B.Komplete Smoking & Tobacco Cessation Workbook. Our programs are effective, HIPAA compliant, and we have heard from participants – even enjoyable.
